I  was born and raised in Alberta. I hold a  B.A. in Psychology (University of Lethbridge, a B.S.W. from the University of Calgary, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Utah.

I believe healing begins with unconditional acceptance and understanding. I offer a warm, respectful, and safe environment as we work together to gain insight into your current struggles.Together we will explore how past events have shaped your beliefs and behaviors and how they are affecting current relationships and present challenges. I will always focus on the skills you already possess, and help you develop new skills and strategies. I believe in therapy that allows you to share your story without fear of judgment.

My therapeutic approach is intuitive. I believe in making available to you many different techniques and strategies so you can choose what works best for you. Life can quickly become overwhelming and complicated. While we can’t undo the hurt and pain from the past, we can focus on moving forward in a positive and fulfilling way. My ultimate is hope is that you will feel welcomed, accepted, and understood.
